Meet the Talley Team

William worked in many positions at the dealership until he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Richmond School of Business in Business Management in 1978. William became the General Manager that same year and later became the President and Owner of Bill Talley Ford. William's creed is that if you take care of your employees and customers at the highest level, the business will take care of itself.  

Chris grew up in Barboursville, WV, and graduated from the University of Richmond in 1988.  He has been in the automotive retail business since 1992. Chris, his wife Nell, and their 2 children live in the Short Pump area, and are members of Trinity United Methodist Church. Chris is a life-long Baltimore Orioles fan, and in his free time like to golf and fish.

Mike grew up in Charlottesville, VA, and began working at Bill Talley Ford in 1979.   Mike and his wife Anita live in Mechanicsville, and are members of Pole Green Church of Christ. They enjoy spending time together with their friends, children and grandchildren.

Bob has lived in Mechanicsville for 32 wonderful years and has been part of the Talley Team for 20 years. The third part of his life is now beginning with his first granddaughter. Bob can't wait for the day she is old enough to go camping with him so he can take her for the first time and show her how it's done!

Doug was born in Richmond, VA and grew up in the west end where he attended Douglas S. Freeman High School. Doug is happily married with 4 children and 6 grandchildren, who he love to chase around in his free time. Doug attends North Run Baptist Church, he is an avid sports fan and his favorite teams are the Washington Redskins and Washington Nationals! 

Brad has been a part of the Talley team for 26 years. On his days off, he enjoys camping and fishing and spending weekends at the river. Brad said it has been his pleasure knowing he has helped thousands of customers find the right vehicles for their needs.
